Sole Trader Accounts
As a practice dedicated to micro businesses, sole traders are of special importance and unlike some practices who take on a mix of larger S.M.E’s and sole traders, your business as a sole trader will always be important.
Our sole trader accounts are prepared at the end of the financial year and include income and expenses statements, a balance sheet and capital account where appropriate, and an analysis of the current year’s performance against previous years.
We also prepare and file accounts for partnerships including Limited Liability Partnerships.
VAT
Making Tax Digital (MTD), Cash Accounting, Limited Cost Trader, The Flat Rate Scheme, Quarterly or Yearly Returns, European Union Reverse Charging Scheme.
VAT is a complicated area, and when submitting a VAT return a legal declaration is being made that the figures are correct, the individual or business being responsible for the accuracy of the figures submitted.

Michael Robson F.I.C.B
Our owner Michael Robson F.I.C.B., has worked in the profession for the last 10 years, prior to this he was employed in fashion retailing. It was while working in retailing and studying an MBA his interest in accountancy began. Further studying and qualifications lead him to leaving retailing to start his bookkeeping practice in 2010.
